Company DDRdrive has presented hybrid disk drives X1 which unite memory chips  DRAM and NAND. The novelty contains 4 Gb the flash-memory and four DRAM units in total capacity 4 Gb. Connection to the computer is carried out by means of interface PCI Express x1.
